Tomas Sanchez, is responsible for working with local Philadelphia businesses to ensure that Temple hires and contracts a diverse contractors and vendors.

Sanchez works closely to the African-American Chambers of Commerce, Asian-American Chambers of Commerce, and the Latino Chambers of Commerce as an active voice in representing Temple University.

Sanchez graduated from Philadelphia’s Central High School before attending Harvard University where he earned a bachelor's degree. He went on to earn his juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Among other positions, he has served as chief of staff to a member of the City Council of Philadelphia, a founding member and executive director of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and a government affairs representative for PECO Energy.
