Inclusive Leadership Conference
Established by the Office of Leadership Development in 2009, the Inclusive Leadership Conference in which Institutional Diversity, Advocacy and Leadership serves as an active collaborator on an annual basis. This conference was created to host trainings, conversations, and workshops targeted with promoting inclusive principles.
This conference is generally open to all Philadelpha area college students as a means to enhance conversations and actions that stiimulate a conscious thinking society. Areas for which this conference strives to focus upon include:
- Race and ethnicity
- Gender identity
- Sexual Orientation
- Nationality and immigration
- Mental and physical ability
- Social Class
The Inclusive Leadership Conference is co-sponsored by Temple University's Office of Leadership Development, Institutional Diversity, Equity, Adocacy and Leadership (IDEAL), University housing and Residential Life, and CampusPhilly.
