Big Picture Philadelphia is a nonprofit organization that helps youth reengage in school and find a career pathway. Generally, students will submit their computer science projects at the STARS Celebration annual student leadership conference, which allows them to meet with students, National Science Foundation officers and faculty from universities across the U.S.
