IDEAL's Student Engagement Unit offers resources, dialogues, and programs to promote intersectional cultural expansion through our Intercultural & Belonging, Gender & Sexuality Inclusion, and Interfaith Inclusion centers.

Inclusive Fellows Initiative

Start your Temple journey with support and community. This fall, we are offering a mentorship program for 30–40 incoming students from a variety of identities.

Participants will be paired with an experienced upper-class student mentor for the first eight weeks of the semester to help navigate campus life, build connections, and foster a sense of belonging. Our program is designed to promote student success, foster belonging, and build a vibrant Temple community. Learn more and apply today!
