Encouraging Inclusivity and Authenticity
The Inclusive Leadership Conference (ILC), hosted by the Office of Student Activities in partnership with Institutional Diversity, Advocacy, and Leadership, empowers individuals to embrace authenticity, leverage diverse contributions, and challenge societal norms.
Formerly established by the Division of Student Affair's Office of Leadership Development in 2009, this conference was created to host training, conversations, and workshops that promote inclusive principles. ILC is now housed in the Office of Student Activities.
The Inclusive Leadership Conference is co-sponsored by:

- Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy and Leadership (IDEAL)
- Campus Philly
This conference is generally open to all Philadelphia area college students as a means to enhance conversations and actions that stimulate a conscious thinking society. Areas for which this conference strives to focus upon include:

2025 Inclusive Leadership Conference
ILC, the largest collegiate conference in the Greater Philadelphia area, will take place in person on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Howard Gittis Student Center (HGSC) on Main Campus. Join us as we create spaces that celebrate diversity, cultivate unity, captivate authenticity, and culminate inclusivity.
