Introduced in Fall 2026, this role supports the Inclusive Fellows Initiative by mentoring first-year students who self-identify as coming from diverse identities and communities.
Lead Fellows provide mentorship and transitional support during the first eight weeks of the fall semester to assist students in acclimating to campus, building community, and accessing key institutional resources.
Through a structured curriculum and intentional engagement, Lead Fellows facilitate meaningful conversations centered on identity, belonging, and self-advocacy. In doing so, they help foster an inclusive environment that empowers students to navigate their campus and social experiences.
