Change starts with us

The Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy and Leadership provide several resources to the Temple University community to foster diversity. Our office has four directors that focus on: 

• Multicultural education and training for staff/faculty 

• Business relations and procurement

• Student engagement

• Staff and faculty retention

Additionally, our office provides a conducive space to promote multicultural understandings that are inclusive or a social justice library, computer lab, and smart technology.
