Everyone has different needs. At Temple, disabilities offer a chance to expand resources that help us all thrive. Through collaboration with campus partners, the Disability Network provides useful accommodations and information to ensure people of all abilities have the opportunity to fully participate in Temple’s classes, activities, and events.
Temple University established formal services for students with disabilities in 1976. Our mission is to educate our community on disability inclusion and accessibility and to empower students to become self-aware advocates. We envision a learning community that values people with diverse abilities and demonstrates through its actions a deep commitment to the full inclusion of all its members.
DRS is located on Temple University's Main Campus in Ritter Hall, adjacent to Kiva Auditorium. The most efficient entry can be made from Cecil B. Moore Avenue between Broad and 13th Streets. For campus maps and directions to campus, whether you are driving or taking public transportation, visit the Temple University Maps and Directions webpage.
