The Diversity Peer Educator (DPE) plans and facilitates programs, dialogues, and workshops focused on intercultural identities and communities. This key leadership opportunity, offered through the Office of IDEAL includes a stipend, a comprehensive apparel package, and training to support all assigned responsibilities.
DPEs serve as peer facilitators who foster meaningful, brave, and courageous spaces for dialogue, encouraging open and respectful conversations across differences.
