Dr. Valerie Dudley works closely with the faculty, staff, and administration at Temple University to provide trainings and education to heighten individuals understanding of multiculturalism.

Additionally, Dr. Dudley is one of the co-instructors for the Graduate Diversity Certificate offered in partnership with the College of Education and IDEAL. Lastly, Dr. Dudley organizes the Women of Color conference that is slated to be held annually.
 

Valerie's BIO

Valerie Dudley’s 30 years in higher education includes service in financial aid, human resources services, diversity education, and teaching and learning centers.

She is committed to enhancing diversity and inclusion through education. As IDEAL’s director of multicultural education and training, Dudley initiates dialogues and trainings on topics such as race, class, gender, religion and sexual orientation.

Dudley earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Cheyney State University, her master of education administration degree from Antioch University and her PhD in instructional systems from the College of Education at Pennsylvania State University.
